| VACANCY: CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
(Location: Mid Valley, KL)
We are new online game publishing company with excellent opportunities for personal growth.
Job Description:
• To handle & process customer's requests, email inquiries & constantly follow up with customer & necessary department to resolve any issue.
• To manage enquiries and resolve customer complaints over the phone, email, in game and forum.
• To monitor the game servers in order to ensure servers running smoothly.
• Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum SPM Qualification.
• 4 days per week (compulsory work on Saturday and Sunday)
• Must be able to work in monthly shift basis (Morning 8am-8pm, Night 8pm-8am)
• Must able write and speak in English and Chinese
• With or without experience, training will be provided
• Applicant must be a Malaysian Citizen
• Excellent work attitude, a team player and strong with problem solving skills.
