New Property Launching in Malaysia

Hopefully this post goes under the correct topic. Just wanted to know if there's anyone selling their condo/apt units over in Taman Desa because I am currently renting within the same area and the owner wants it back.

Been thinking about investing in Desa Permai but missed my chance because the agent I was dealing with sold it off, despite my confirmation on the purchase

If possible, I'd appreciate contacts SANS agents hopefully. Direct is best, or so I've sadly discovered. My budget is about 200-240K. I don't know if this budget is enough for this area. I really appreciate the help I can get. Thanks!
