You have made a good choice buying an Andira, it is selling like hot cake and the value has appreciated by RM17,000 even before construction has completed.
As for me I got a unit of Cassia. Wanted an Andira but the price is out of my budget. So have to settle for second choice.
I took a walk along the Denai facing your house recently. It is very nice with loads of trees. Very relaxing, and there is always a constant breeze blowing. When the denai is up and the trees mature, Denai Alam is a wonderful place to live in.
The cemetary is a non issue because it will be blocked from view by other structures and trees along the roads, rivers etc. And the cemetary will not cover the entire hill as I have feared earlier. It is at it is now in the future. Just got to know that all the low cost will not be build in Denai Alam, was told that they have shifted it opposite Denai Alam at the other side of the GCE.
Also heard from the sales people that NNKVE will be constructed soon and our area will be very accessable. What I am worried is the alignment of the NNKVE as planned in RMK9 encroaching or too near the houses.
